St George's AcademyInternational English Language Testing System ( IELTS)

 

St George's Academy has been training students for the IELTS for the past 19 years.

 The IELTS is the International English Language Test 

that is used as a benchmark to determine a candidate's Proficiency in English. 

The examination is used to determine a candidate's eligibility for 

migration, study or work.

 For Canada it is compulsory to apply for residency

For the UK it is compulsory to apply for work 

if you were not educated in an English speaking country.

The IELTS Academic test is for people applying for higher education or professional registration in an English speaking environment. It reflects some of the features of academic language and assesses whether you are ready to begin studying or training.

 

 The IELTS can get you residency and jobs in the UK and Canada

The IELTS General Training  test focuses on basic survival skills 

in broad social and work place contexts

The test assesses your English Language skills at every level

Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking

 The Examination

The exam tests Listening, Reading and Writing skills in 2 1/2 hrs over 1 day. There are no breaks in the examination

The Speaking portion of the examination 

can be done up to 1 week either before or after the examination.

The timing is as follows: 

Reading & Writing  1 hr each, Listening 1/2 hour and Speaking 15 mins

IELTS CLASSES 2018 

 CLASSES ARE ON  Tuesdays and Thursdays - 5:00pm - 7:00 pm

 Classes begin July 10th  2018

Registration Fees $250:  Tuition $4500
